Project Commencement and Revisions

There may be a wait period before starting your project. Once the project begins, expect each requested revision within 48 hours, excluding closed days and holidays.

Ownership

All services provided and materials produced by GW Designs become your property upon full payment. Once your design is public, GW Designs may add it to their portfolio.

Fees

Unpaid materials or ideas remain GW Designs' property if invoices aren't paid within 30 days. Third-party fees required for projects are the client's responsibility.

Estimates

Estimates are based on client instruction. Any revisions or alterations to the project not included in the original estimate will incur additional fees.

Rush and After Hour Projects

Rush jobs, or work done after hours will be billed at a rate 1.5x higher.

Deposits

A 25% deposit is required for all large projects unless waived by GW Designs.

Proofreading

Proofreading is the client's responsibility unless requested.

File Formats

Additional charges may apply for unusable client-submitted materials.

Project Instructions

Final instructions must be provided via email to avoid miscommunication.

Billings and Invoicing

Hourly project fees are billed monthly. A minimum of 15 minutes will be charged for any requested work.

Usage of Artwork

Using GW Designs' artwork without paying the final invoice will be considered an act of bad faith.

Cancellation

On cancellation, the client will pay for work completed to date and all expenses incurred.

Acknowledgment

GW Designs retains the right to place a design credit in small print on printed materials and in the footer of websites.

Liability

GW Designs is not responsible for errors or omissions after client approval.

Legal Responsibility

GW Designs is not liable for lawsuits regarding copyright infringement or failure to follow guidelines.

Governing Laws

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Alberta.
